The Aware Super mobile app, which has been recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award at the 2022 International Business Awards, offers a convenient way for members to manage their superannuation and pension accounts on the go.

With the app, users can perform a range of tasks, including:

• Enabling Touch ID or Face ID for secure login
• Checking their current super balance
• Reviewing recent contributions and transactions
• Assessing insurance coverage
• Making additional contributions
• Exploring and switching investment options
• Updating contact information
• Browsing through past activities and correspondence
• Modifying communication preferences
• Downloading and viewing statements via Google Drive or OneDrive PDF viewers

Moreover, individuals with Retirement Income or Retirement Transition memberships can also:

• View the dates of their last payment and next scheduled payment
• Access their income details

Former StatePlus members can additionally:

• Monitor and update Investment Fund accounts
• Evaluate investment allocations
• Make deposits and set up payments
• Access joint accounts
